Our team starts months in advance to secure exceptional speakers, bring in high-value sponsors, and plan an overall experience that will delight, inspire, and transform our beloved audience.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds on ticket sales.
Please make sure you are making a wise decision for your business and life before you make a purchase. We recommend reviewing our testimonials, previewing the recap videos from previous Underground events on Youtube, and talking with your friends and colleagues who have attended Underground in the past.
Ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another guest by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org up to 14 days prior to the first day of the event. A $30 transfer fee will apply.
Transfer requests will not be accepted within 14 days of the start event. Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not transferrable to another event.
